Who would I contact with an idea for a tag , like the wild life & breast cancer tags?

I am a school bus driver. There are educator tags, sport tags , vet tags, breast cancer, wild life, humane society, ….. and on and on and on. We school bus drivers need support too and would buy a tag that would contribute to our county budget. Who would I contact ?

In my state the motor vehicle department issues ‘association’ tags. Sometimes the legistature does.
I would say, contact the DMV.
