You will need to explain a few things. Who wrote the letter and to who? Are you a sister or a mother to the writer or the person it was written too? Do you know who wrote it. So either add some of those details or make a new question I do not understand.
It really makes almost no sense the end sounds like a woman is being warned about the possible dangers/side effects of a boob job or something like plastic surgery. but you could tell more information so far I don’t see anything that says anyone has sex.
