France is ideal for the preservation of your breasts, after all, they pioneered the lumpectomy technique.

Depends what you are measuring.
Outcomes? Survival? Quality of life? Cost?

People have to be crazy to say Canada. The United States is the best in the world. If you want to wait a long time go to France where they have socialized medicine. ridiculous. You have to find the best hospital in the US for breast cancer.

The actual best in the world, is Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Since they are in the US, it would have to be the US. They are bar-none the best and this is not my opinion, it has been proven.

Personally I’d think most Western countries are pretty much the same. They all have access to all the latest studies and therapies. The key is not picking a good country for treatment, but selecting a physician who is up on the most current treatment protocols.
