    b.c. is more difficult to detect in dense tissue, like very fatty (large) breasts. A reduction in size means some tissue will be removed, but the density may be the same. Depends on one’s individual situation. Ask your doctor

    no. it’s actually easier because there is less breast tissue to examine.
