This isn’t before treatment it’s before diagnosis. Sex has nothing to do with the outcome of a biopsy. Either she has cancer or she doesn’t.

She can have sex before, during and after treatment. Just don’t let the I.V. tubing get in the way. (a little humor and sex are a healthy part of a good outcome),
