i think they do sage when you have a baby.
from a guys point of view, natural tits are so much nicer.
You can’t breast feed with implants. They probably won’t sag after having kids. They last about 5 years, some times longer. You won’t have to have surgery again if you don’t want to. I don’t think there will be that much if a difference. It probably is harder to detect breast cancer. Set up a consultation with a plastic surgeon. They can answer all of these questions. You are under no obligation to have surgery with just a consultation.

1. Yes, If you are able to breast feed now. I say this because many women, with or without implants, cannot breast feed. But getting implants does not affect your ability to breast feed whatsoever.
2. Yes, they sag the same as normal breasts do. This is why they recommend you wait until after having children to get breast augmentation.
3. On average, about every 10 years, but some can last your whole life, it just depends.
4. Yes, the implant may interfere with you being able to feel a lump. If you have a history of breast cancer in your family it is important to see a professional health care provider as they can better detect breast cancer with the implants.
