I think I feel better if I can’t do anything about it. That way if it happens I won’t be worrying if I could have done something better.

It is my humble opinion that worry is part of human nature whether it is said or not. But not worrying about things inevitable should be practiced and inculcated within us, which would give us moral courage to face when it occurs.

I worry about things I can’t do anything about although I realize it to be wasted energy.I think it’s normal to worry but as long as you do not change your mind state, which I do and think positive thoughts, your wasting time. Most things I worry about never happen; furthermore I have no control over these things so I try to think about a good solution to the problem and stay focused. Think health, act healthy, eat healthy and be around happy people and places and you will be in good shape and most importantly your body will react fantastically. I guarantee it!
