    Yes. Just avoid the heavily salted ones and the sugar added ones. But it is a very good choice. get the plain type and add it to smoothies to help boost your system. Use some plain yogurt with it and unsweetened juices along with a selection of fruits and always add a banana to mellow the flavour. You will love it and its great for you.

    According to most reputable sources, soy in normal dietary amounts is fine. They recommend avoiding heavily concentrated supplements.

    Soy and tamoxifen do not do good together. Soy lessens tamoxifen.

    Routine use of soy products in a normal dietary way is probably OK, but seeking out soy supplements as a replacement for the body’s lack of estrogen is not wise. The premise is that soy estrogen (phytoestrogen) is “safe” compared with synthetic/animal-based estrogen’s. It is not clear that cancer cells care one iota where estrogen comes from.
