Yes. That is your mammary gland, the part that will produce milk when you have babies. We all have that.
The pain could be a cramp. If you have regular pain or it comes back, call your doctor; it’s probably not cancer but there’s a couple things it could be like fibrocystic breasts (normal, benign, but mildly painful lumps that can be treated). Also, sometimes it’s just normal breast pain with growth.
