    I noticed the same thing too and still notice it occassionally. It was 3 years in February that I finished radiation.

    It is probably inflammation from the radiation treatment and will take some time to go away. If her immune system is working against the cancer, even better! She should let her oncologist know in case there’s something wrong. For example, it could be a sign of infection. But otherwise I understand this is not uncommon and will go away eventually once all the swelling, etc. goes away.
