    Paraffin section of what tissue?
    In lymph nodes, cytokeratins can identify metastatic epithelial cells.

    In breast tissue, overexpression of some antigens is common, but there is no universal marker.
    Her-2/neu is targeted because there is a specific therapy (Herceptin).
    Cyclin D1 and p53 are overexpressed in some tumors.

    There are a variety of antibodies to each of these proteins.
